If you haven’t driving down HWY 59 in Foley lately then you may not have seen business that are investing in Foley. Two large National chains have taken up 2 of the vacant restaurant locations. Hardee’s has began renovations at the old Waltz location. My guess is that Hardee’s has seen the high traffic count at this new location near Lowe’s and believes it to be a GREAT location. Foley History

John Burton Foley founded the present day City of Foley in the early 1900s. He also helped develop South Baldwin County. In fact, the city was named after him. The city is the birthplace of Ken “The Snake” Stabler, former American football player.
